The Perry City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.

Items on the agenda that are seeking approval include a pay application for the Soumas Avenue Improvements and the Downtown Improvements Phase I Project, along with a change order and a resolution for a professional services agreement with Bolton & Menk for airport consulting and lease negotiation services.

Other items seeking approval include a resolution of an Emergency Community Catalyst Building Remediation Grant Application to IEDA on behalf of the Perry Grand Theater. 

The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 6 p.m. Monday inside the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue, in Perry. The meeting may be attended electronically through Zoom upon request made to City Hall by 2 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
