Monday, September 19th
A deputy was dispatched to the 300 block of Howard Street in Rippey to investigate two suspicious persons reported to be entering an out building on the property.
A deputy was advised by a resident in the 400 block of 140th Street of receiving a phone call from a collection agency trying to collect an unpaid balance for services that she had no knowledge of or asked for.
A deputy assisted with helping remove debris from the roadway on 235th Street, east of Jefferson.
A deputy was unable to find a reported dog running at large in the 500 block of State Street in Scranton.
Two deputies assisted Jefferson Police Officers with responding to a call in the 500 block of North Oak Street in Jefferson.
A deputy was dispatched to the water treatment plant in Scranton to investigate a reported suspicious vehicle parked along the roadway. The deputy spoke with the driver and her passenger as to their reason for being in the area.
A deputy was dispatched to the 700 block of Lincoln Street in Scranton to help mediate a domestic verbal altercation.
Tuesday, September 20th
A deputy was advised by a resident in the 400 block of 12th Street South in Grand Junction of her receiving an IRS phone scam call. She reported that she did not comply with the caller.
A deputy was dispatched to the 700 block of Sand Street in Churdan to investigate a harassment and trespassing concern.
A deputy assisted a Jefferson Police Officer with trying to locate two males that were reported to be running around a home in the area of 200 East Vest Street in Jefferson.
Wednesday, September 21st
A deputy was dispatched to the 400 block of South 15th Street in Grand Junction to speak with a suspicious male subject that was later determined to be the owner of the property.
A deputy assisted a Jefferson Police Officer with investigating a vehicle with 3 occupants, parked in the ShopKo parking lot, in Jefferson. The Jefferson officer did make several arrests involving the Violation of a No Contact Order.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
