Seven Greene County Rams received all-district football honors in voting by coaches in Class 3A District 2. The coaches picked a total of 45 players on the first team and another 31 were on the honorable mention list.

First team selections from Greene County are seniors Nick Schroeder and Trey Tucker on offense and junior Joe Towers on defense. The honorable mention selections are junior Jake Berns, plus seniors Logan Lansman, Hunter Ruth, and Chase Stoline.

Schroeder caught 19 passes for the 1-8 Rams, who went 1-6 in the district, good for seventh place among eight teams. Schroeder totaled 444 receiving yards and had four catches for touchdowns. He also played defensive back, was the kicker, punter, and returned kicks and punts. Tucker ran the ball 146 times for 657 yards and six touchdowns. He also had 11 pass receptions for 75 yards. Tucker played linebacker on defense and was third on the team in tackles. On that side of the ball he had a pass interception and two fumble recoveries. One of the fumbles he returned for a touchdown. Towers was the middle linebacker for the Rams. He led the team in solo tackles with 58 and assisted tackles with 40. This, after not playing football as a sophomore.

Berns was a linebacker and was second on the team in tackles with 52 solo and 25 assisted stops. He also intercepted a pass. Lansman played receiver and defensive back and caught eight passes for 165 yards, including one that went for a 79 yard touchdown. He was fourth on the team in tackles and recovered two fumbles. Stoline played receiver and defensive back. He had 10 pass receptions for 81 yards and a TD. Stoline was in on 27 solo and 11 assisted stops. Ruth was a two-way tackle. He was regarded by opposing coaches as the top Greene County lineman and seven of his 47 total tackles were for loss including three quarterback sacks.
