The high school boys’ swimming team in Boone was a 108-60 winner over Newton on Thursday in Boone. Lucas Ausberger and Mason Osborne are Greene County High School students swimming for Boone under an athletic sharing agreement.

Both Ausberger and Osborne helped score varsity team points for the Toreadors. Ausberger was on the first place 400 meter freestyle relay, the second place 200 meter freestyle relay, and he was sixth in the 50 freestyle race. Osborne was third in the 100 butterfly and he swam a leg on the third place 200 freestyle relay.
