Sept. 1

Jeffrey Heater, age 40, 311 1st Ave S., Fort Dodge, was arrested for Theft 2nd Degree.  He was also arrested on a warrant for Operate Vehicle Without Owners Consent.

Benjamin Styles, age 40, 6703 NW 4th Ct, Perry, was arrested for Public Intoxication.

Daniel Ramirez, age 39, 2665 Summer Meadows Dr, Perry, was arrested on two warrants for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Failure To Yield To Emergency Vehicle and Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Allen Thomas, age 45, 100 Waterbury Rd, Newton, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Randy Enriquez Perez, age 32, 305 1st Ave, Bagley, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Operating While Under The Influence.

Sept. 3

Terry Denney, age 60, 2005 27th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.  He was also arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Sept. 5

Petra Romero, Perry, was driving 17000 block of J Ave when she struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1500.  She was able to drive from the scene.
