
The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session Tuesday morning.
The Board will consider for approval a resolution regarding the final consideration declaring emergency medical services an essential service in the County, along with the county being the fiscal agent for the Guthrie County First Responders. They will then hear from Summit Carbon Solutions Project Manager Brent Niese, then consider for approval funding for an amicus brief in the case of Couser v. Shelby County.
The meeting will begin at 9am in the Board of Supervisors room in the Guthrie County Courthouse, with the possibility of moving to the courtroom. For those unable to attend in person, there is a digital option available via Microsoft Teams.
