Funeral services for Carlene Cook, 88, of Dallas Center and formerly of Earlham, will be Friday at 2 pm at the Johnson Family Funeral Home in Earlham.  Burial will be in the Bear Creek Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the Spurgeon Manor or the Earlham Friends Church and sent in care of the Johnson Family Funeral Home, P.O.
