The Perry Public Library will observe national “Take Your Child to the Library Day”, on Saturday, February 16th from 10 am to 1 pm.  The event is intended to develop childhood reading habits.  There will be face painting, balloon animals and each child will take home a free book.  Children can also be signed up for a free library card.  For more information, call the library at 515-465-3569.
