We’ve told you the theme for this year’s Bell Tower Festival in Jefferson is “Rolling Out the Red Carpet”… but what exactly does that mean?
Well, the event starts with an opening ceremonies concert at 7pm Friday June 8th which will feature a welcome and musical performance from an Elvis impersonator on the Plaza Stage. Attendees will then walk the red carpet, where they’ll have the chance to see and take pictures with “celebrities” and be interviewed by people posing as Joan and Melissa Rivers of the ‘Fashion Police’. The walk leads guests to the Sierra Theater where they’ll be able to watch some of Greene County’s Funniest Home Videos. Residents are encouraged to dress up for the event and bring a camera as there will be plenty of photo opportunities.
It all takes place in Jefferson beginning the evening of Friday June 8th.
