Floyd M. Mullins 89, of Paton, IA, died Friday, June 1st, 2012.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 6th, at the Palmer Funeral Home in Gowrie, at 10:30 a.m.  Burial will be at Dawson Township Cemetery in Paton.  A visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Floyd is survived by his wife Ora of Paton; sons, Larry (Glenda) Mullins of Oklahoma City, OK, Garry Mullins of McPherson, KS, and David (Chris) Mullins of Ankeny; daughter Peggy (Ray) Wilber of Carisle; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Floyd graduated from Paton High School in 1940.  He was united in marriage to Ora Meyer on March 2nd, 1946 at the Presbyterian Church in Lake City.  Floyd enjoyed hunting and fishing and was an avid car collector.
