The Dallas County Conservation Board is hosting another series of campfire programs this summer.
The first one is coming up this Friday at the Kuehn Conservation Area in Earlham. Each of the fires will have an education theme and the evenings may include activities such as short hikes and games.
This week’s program topic is fireflies. Attendees will learn about them and go on a night hike in search for fireflies. The event is weather permitting and will take place from 8-9:30pm.
Pre-registration is required and can be completed by calling the conservation office at 465-3577.
