06/25 At 8:45 am, Tanner T. Guess, 21, of Jefferson was booked into the county jail after turning himself in on a warrant for OWI 2nd, charge filed by a deputy in connection with a personal injury crash on 06/22, he was booked and released O/R per warrant
At 8:48 am, a deputy investigated criminal mischief to a pop machine on the south edge of Grand Junction, machine had been tipped over and entry had been attempted to the coin collection box, the machine was a total loss
At 12:57 pm, a deputy investigated criminal mischief in Grand Junction to windows in an old trailer house. Deputy located the juveniles responsible but the owner advised he was going to tear the house down and didn’t pursue charges
At 2:05 pm, Adam M. Winger, 31, of Jefferson was booked into the county jail after an arrest by Jefferson police on a warrant for Parole Violation, remains held
At 3:09 pm, a deputy checked the report of shooting in a public hunting area in Bristol Twp. Subjects advised that they were just shooting for the fun of it. The driver was cited for Driving While Suspended
At 4:28 pm, a deputy received the complaint of careless driving by concrete trucks in the 900 Block of J Avenue
At 6:00 pm, Anthony J. Peterson, 22 , of Jefferson was booked into the county jail after turning himself in on a warrant for Disorderly Conduct, he was booked and released O/R per warrant
At 7:06 pm, a deputy was advised of a civil dispute in Scranton concerning personal property
At 7:57 pm, Jefferson and Scranton Fire along with Greene County EMS responded to a vacant home fire in the 800 Block of 220th Street near Black’s Pits. The house was a total loss and is a suspicious fire.
At 11:29 pm, a deputy investigated and cleared a harassment complaint in Grand Junction
At 11:43 pm, a deputy checked careless driving in Scranton and located and warned the driver of the vehicle
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
