Jacob Saltzman of Adel reported his license plates had been stolen.

Robert Marckmann of West Des Moines was traveling north on Highway 169 when a vehicle driven by Brandon Cady Of West Des Moines traveling east on F90 entered Highway 169 and struck the front of Marckmann’s vehicle.  Cady was transported to Methodist Hospital by the Dallas County  Ambulance.  Damage to each vehicle estimated at $8000.00. Cady was charged with a stop sign violation, no seatbelt, no insurance, open container, expired plates, no driver’s license and driving under suspension.
