July 2 thru 5, 2012

 

07/02   At 2:14 pm, a deputy investigated criminal mischief to a swimming pool that was slashed in Grand Junction

At 5:39 pm, a deputy investigated the report of a fight in Grand Junction stemming from a civil property exchange

At 11:46 pm, a deputy checked the report of a subject walking eastbound on 220th near S Avenue but they were not located

 

07/03   At 12:16 am, a deputy checked the report that a vehicle described as a white ice cream van with amber roof lights followed a young female from Jefferson to Paton and then around Paton. A deputy checked for the vehicle but could not locate it

At 9:23 am, a deputy assisted with a funeral escort at 220th and Grimmell Road

At 3:31 pm, a deputy checked an alarm at a Scranton residence that was false

At 4:45 pm, Anthony D. Davis, 23, of Jefferson was booked into the county jail after turning himself in on a warrant for Disorderly Conduct, charge filed by Jefferson police, he was booked and released O/R per warrant

At 5:38 pm, a deputy checked careless driving eastbound 220th from J Avenue and located the vehicle but no violations were noted

07/04   At 10:35 am, a deputy checked the report of a concrete block lying on 220th west of J Avenue and found that it had already been removed from the roadway

At 1:49 pm, a deputy investigated a complaint of Indecent Exposure due to text messages sent to an underage person

At 1:53 pm, a deputy investigated a harassment complaint due to texting and telephone calling in Grand Junction regarding wanting to sign the person up for expanded cable channels from an out of area company

At 3:47 pm, a deputy was advised of careless driving on 130th Street entering Paton but the deputy was not in position to check it

At 6:17 pm, a deputy assisted Jefferson police with a domestic dispute

At 10:52 pm, a deputy checked the report of fireworks in Paton but did not locate the source

 

07/05   At 9:31 am, a deputy picked up a stray dog in Grand Junction and transported it to the PAWS shelter

At 9:42 am, a deputy cleaned up items associated with methamphetamine production at McMahon Access

At 4:00 pm, a deputy investigated a burglary to a machine shed in the 100 Block of J Avenue that possibly occurred a month ago

At 6:12 pm, a deputy checked the report of an anhydrous ammonia tank leaking at the Paton Coop on U Avenue

At 7:08 pm, a deputy checked on a female who had reportedly been parked in the Casey’s Parking Lot at Grand Junction for four hours and found her to be having diabetic problems; rescue was called and transported her to the GCMC

At 11:05 pm, a deputy investigated the theft of an Ipod from a Rippey residence with the suspect being a family friend

 

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and   all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
