The Dallas County Hospital is hosting a diabetic support group meeting this week.

This month’s gathering will focus on feet.  Why people living with diabetes often have trouble with their feet and how loss of feeling can turn a simple blister or sore into a major infection.

Attendees will learn how to avoid foot problems and be able to dicuss diabetic issues with podiatrist Dr. Todd Miller.  The meeting takes place at 7pm Thursday in the Dallas County Hospital community room.  For more information, contact RN Cherie Booth at 465-7544.
