Perry residents are encouraged to sign up for a downtown assessment interview early next month as several openings are still available.
Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Bob Wilson says now is the time to take action and improve our community.
In addition to the small group interviews, Iowa Economic Development Authority representatives will go on driving and walking tours of the City to find out what kind of things Perry has to offer. After gathering feedback from residents over two days, there will then be a presentation on Thursday September 7th that outlines what improvements can be made.
There are no restrictions on who can participate and Wilson encourages citizens from all walks of life to be part of this process.
Interviews will take place September 5th from 1:30-8pm and the 6th from 8:30am-12:30pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
To set up a time, call the Chamber at 465-4601.
