Funeral services for Gary “Rip” Van Winkle, 77, of Panora will be held Friday, September 7^th, at 10:30 AM at Twigg Funeral Home, Panora.  Burial will be at Moffit Grove Cemetery, rural Guthrie Center.  Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday, September 6^th, at Twigg Funeral Home, Panora, where family will be present from 6 to 8 PM.
