The Cyclists of Greene are hosting another Full Moon Ride this weekend.

The bicycle club invites everyone to join them at the Jefferson Depot at 5:15 p.m. Sunday as they depart on an 8-mile twilight ride to Cooper on the Raccoon River Valley Trail.  After a short rest, cyclists will return on the trail back to Jefferson under the full moon.

Snacks and refreshments will be available at the depot after the ride, thanks to Carla and Chuck Offenburger.

The event is free and open to the public.  As a reminder, bicycle helmets and light are essential.
