Jodi Dawn Reynolds, age 38 of 115 ½ W 1st St., Earlham was arrested in the 36000 block of Eldorado Ave., for OWI.
Howard and Sandra Hershey of 36797 Deerfield Dr., Cumming reported that someone had thrown a rock through a second floor window at their residence.
