The Stuart City Council will meet in special session Monday.

Items on the agenda include consideration of a resolution approving the preliminary official statement for general obligation corporate purpose  bond, receipt of an architect proposal for tax credit application for the Depot project and setting public hearings in regards to an urban renewal plan amendment, development agreement with Jason Simpson and a general obligation loan.

The board will then discuss urban renewal plan amendment fees.

The meeting takes place at 5:30pm in the council chambers of the Stuart City Hall.
