A Celebration of Life for Charles Rather, 91, of Jefferson will be held Monday, November 5th, at 1:30 PM at the First United Methodist Church in Jefferson. Burial will be at a later date in the Jefferson Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 1:30 PM at the church two hours prior to the Celebration of Life at 11:30 AM on Monday.
