Jose Mendez of Perry was traveling south in the 28000 block of El Paso Ave., when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $3000.00.

Edward James Keltner, age 29 of 28925 360th St., Lot 78, Booneville was arrested in the 27000 block of the Iowa Interstate Rail, Van Meter for public intoxication and criminal trespass.
Joshua Deane Peters, age 21 of 1133 Prairie St., Adel was arrested at 30761 Meadow Rd., Adel for public intoxication.
Taylor Wade Parker, age 20 of 705 Bridge St., Redfield was arrested in the 34000 block of Old Highway 6 for possession of marijuana and speeding.
Johnathan Victor Muilenburg, age 18 of 1109 Grant St., Redfield was arrested in the 34000 block of Old Highway 6 for possession of marijuana and minor in possession.
Adam William Byrnes, age 19 of 1013 Grant St., Redfield was arrested in the 34000 block of Old Highway 6 for possession of marijuana.
