Deb Rosenberger from Jefferson is our grand prize $1,000 winner of the Raccoon Valley Radio Christmas Cash Giveaway.  She says that it’s an unbelievable Christmas miracle.

She is the type of person that is a true giver.  She volunteers her time and efforts to help others in need as a caregiver.

“Just been doing care-giving and just completed a class at our local extension office for caregivers, which was a huge blessing.  Play bingo when I can and enjoy friends and my extended family.”

She comments that she wasn’t going to be able to buy Christmas presents for her extended family in Illinois or her husbands side of the family this year, but now she can.  She also commented that she’ll use whatever is left over to pay bills.

The Christmas Cash Giveaway began in late November and stretched all three counties that Raccoon Valley Radio covers and out of the 130 finalists, through all of that, Rosenberger didn’t think she stood a chance.  She says that among all the concerns that her and her family were running up against, to have something like this happen to her was, in her words, “perfect timing.”
