Items on the agenda include consideration of an amendment to the central business district’s sign regulations, setting a public hearing date in regards to the disposal of public property and approval of partial payment for the 18th Street and North Street sanitary sewer project.

New business items include setting a wage and changing position for the McCreary Community Building receptionist, authorizing submittal of a Dallas County Foundation Grant application and appointing members to the Perry Day Care and Dallas County Early Childhood Education Board, a representative to the Central Iowa Regional Housing Authority committee and a part time city compliance officer.
