For the third time in as many sports the Greene County Rams will play East Sac County on the road when the Class 3A basketball regionals begin on Saturday, Feb. 9.  Basketball pairings were released on the Monday by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union. The Rams were 10-6 and the Raiders were 11-5 at the time the pairings were released. Greene County opened the softball postseason last summer by winning against East Sac County in Wall Lake, then lost a first round postseason volleyball match in Lake View vs. East Sac County. Next month means a trip to Sac City to face the Raiders for the third time in three consecutive sports to open the postseason, all on the road.
