Benjamin Lee Husted, age 31 of 2783 W Ave., Waukee was charged with criminal mischief while incarcerated in the Dallas County Jail. Husted damaged the kiosk used by inmates to purchase commissary items. Damage estimated at $800.00.
Jamie Lee Wilson, age 47 of 24459 288th Trail, Adel was arrested on a warrant for prohibited acts –possession without prescription and failure to appear-original charge of OWI.
Tristan James Torres, age 30 of 880 P Ave., Boone was arrested at SE Frontier Dr. and Alice’s Rd., for OWI 3rd, driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia.
