At 9:26 this morning, a power outage was reported in Greene County.

Alliant Energy Spokesperson Heather Holmes says that power was fully restored to its 2,520 customers by 9:50am.  She says that their crews are working with ITC Transmissions and the cause of the outage was from a down line.  ITC owns the transmissions that give power to the county.

Midland Power Cooperative CEO Bill McKim says that power is fully restored to its customers.  Greene County represents 31% of Midland Power customers.
