The Dallas County Hospital is hosting another Ladies Night Out event later this month.
This month’s topic will focus on osteoporosis, how it’s diagnosed and how it may be prevented. Registered nurse Sally Swenson and Physical Therapy Assistant Teresa White will present the program.
In addition to taking in some useful knowledge, women in attendance will also be able to enjoy refreshments and learn how to make calcium and vitamin D rich smoothies.
The event takes place Tuesday March 26th from 6-7:30pm in the hospital’s community room.
