The Guthrie County Hazard Mitigation Committee will hold a public meeting Tuesday at the Panora Community Center, 115 West Main Street starting at 7:00 P.M.

Guthrie County has begun work on its Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan This Plan will identify hazard mitigation goals for the county and its cities through analysis of previous hazards and future potential hazards and will identify mitigation strategies that will help to achieve the goals identified.

Participants will be informed of the status of the Plan and will be given the opportunity to comment on mitigation strategies.
