The Dallas County Hospital is hosting another Ladies Night Out tonight.

This evening’s event focuses on osteoporosis, including how it’s diagnosed, and how it may be prevented.

Registered nurse Sally Swenson and Physical Therapy Assistant Teresa White will present the program.  Attendees will also be able to enjoy refreshments and learn how to make healthy calcium and vitamin D rich smoothies.

It takes place from 6 to 7:30pm in the hospital’s community room.  To register, call 465-7512.
