Troy Bauer of Dallas Center was traveling west on Highway 44 when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Michelle McCormick of Madrid.  McCormick was transported to Methodist Main, no injuries reported by the Bauer vehicle. Damage to Bauer’s vehicle estimated at $10000.00 and $10000.00 to McCormick’s.

Travis Miles of Perry was traveling east near the 22000 mile marker of Highway 141 when he slid sideways on the icy roadway and struck a DOT sign.  No injuries reported.  Damage to the vehicle estimated at $5000.00 and $50.00 to the DOT sign.
