The Perry Boys soccer team is reporting good numbers for preseason drill work as they get for the season opener this Saturday at the Ankeny tournament.   Head Coach Gary Overla indicated that they had over 40 players reporting consistently for the day to day workouts with a high number of freshman and sophomores competing.  “It just shows that kids want to be a part of a successful program.  It’s  a credit to what we have been able to do through the years.  Now, we must execute and make it another successful year for Bluejay soccer.”

The Perry boys soccer team will open up the season with 3 consecutive road games traveling to Ankeny, Winterset and Des Moines before the home opener April 8th against Dallas Center Grimes.

 

The Perry girls soccer team will open up their season April 2nd at home against Winterset.  Gilmar Guerra returns as the Head Coach.
