Kevin Paul Hines of 1420 North Street, Apartment 3 in Perry is part of the Iowa Sex Offender Registry

Hines’ registration is the result of a 2012 conviction of sexual misconduct with an offender.

Such notifications aim to serve only as a warning to the public to protect themselves.  Any action taken against this person, including vandalism of property, verbal or written threats of physical harm or assault against them or their families can result in arrest and prosecution.
