The Perry City Council will meet in regular session tonight.

Items on the agenda include public hearings in regards to the plans specifications and form of contract for the Iowa Energy Bank lighting project and disposal of public property in Lot 18.  Old business items include discussion on an introductory to public art downtown project with Iowa State University students and consideration of hiring a full time person for the recycling department.

The council will also consider an agreement to allow livestock within city limits at 1909 Southgate Drive, approve a plat of survey for the Roberts family and amend city code to assist officials and the RAGBRAI officials with public health and safety.

The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
