The Perry City Council will meet in regular session this evening.
Items on the agenda include a report from City Administrator Butch Niehuhr in regards to the Environmental Protection Agency’s awards for Brownfields sites, along with an update on the Iowa Energy Bank loan projects and awarding a contract for the Energy Bank Lighting project.
Other agenda items include approval of pay requests for the North Street sanitary sewer project, approval of engineering services for the 28th Street construction project and setting a public hearing for a budget amendment.
The council will also consider resolutions in regards to an urban renewal loan, a purchase agreement and maintenance contract, adoption of the Raccoon River Valley Trail through the city, changes to the volunteer fire department roster and the second and possibly third reading of the RAGBRAI ordinance.
The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building.
