A reminder to Perry residents… there are rules when it comes to decorations and plants at the Violet Hill Cemetery.
Between April 1st and November 15th, all decorations need to be contained in a vase, on the headstone or on an ornamental lawn hook.
Exceptions to the rule include five days before and five days after Mother’s and Father’s Day.
All loose flowers need to be removed by June 24th.
