Another popular spring and summer tradition is up and running in Perry… the weekly farmers market.

Taking place each Thursday afternoon from 4-6pm through September in the Perry marketplace, the markets offer shoppers a variety of produce, homemade goods, baked items and crafts.

Located along the Raccoon River Valley Trail and in downtown Perry, the marketplace provides shade and rain protection for both vendors and shoppers.

Anyone wanting to sell items at the market should contact the Chamber of Commerce at 465-4601.  There’s no fee to participate and new vendors are always welcome.
