The Dallas County Fair continues through the weekend in Adel.

Saturday’s events include the fair board election, the 4-H beef showat 8:30am, Farm Bureau cookout contest at 9:00 and the baby contest at 10.

That afternoon there will be mud volleyball, a watermelon feed, cribbage tournament, mud bog races and live music from Toaster.

Plus there carnival will be open with plenty of rides and games for the kids and many different food options.

Admission to the fair is free thanks to daily gate sponsors.  Join the Raccoon Valley Radio Big Red Radio at the Dallas County Fairgrounds in Adel through Sunday.
