Margaret Larkin of 32539 335th St., Waukee reported that someone broke into her home and several items were missing.
Brandi Rae Belgarde, age 33 of 602 S 8th St., Adel was arrested at 190th and Homestead Dr., for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and OWI.
