A deputy was dispatched to the 800 block of L Avenue for the report of criminal mischief to farm outbuildings. It appears that a .22 caliber handgun or rifle was used to shoot into the side of a wooden corn crib and a steel hog confinement compost holding bin.
A deputy was dispatched to the 600 block of Dudley Street in Churdan to help resolve a civil issue.
A deputy responded to the report of repeated littering in the 1500 block of 235th Street.
A deputy was advised of illegal dumping of an air conditioner unit on Orchard Avenue near 170th Street.
A deputy while on routine patrol in Grand Junction was asked by a resident to take possession and dispose of several rounds of old ammunition.
A deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of 6th Street in Grand Junction for the report of a car battery being taken from a pickup truck.
A deputy was dispatched to the 900 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction for several dogs running at large. The owner of the dogs was advised of the consequences if this is allowed to continue.
A deputy was asked to speak with five youth in Scranton about excessive toilet paper being spread around town. The five were asked to please go home and celebrate homecoming activities there.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
