The Perry City Council will meet in regular session tonight.
Items on the agenda include a special presentation from Newbury Living, discussion and possible action on the City of Perry employee living requirements and approval of pay estimates for the 28th Street construction project and McCreary Community Building parking lot rehabilitation.
New business items include a resolution approving an urban renewal loan application from Perry Perk LLC, setting a public hearing in regards to the disposal of public property and the 1st reading of an amendment to the urban renewal area legal description.
The meeting takes place at 6pm in the Clarion room of the Security Bank Building.
