Today Greene County voters decide who they want to run their respective town governments with the mayoral and city council elections.
Here are all the polling places for the voting districts in the county. For Jefferson, there are three precincts. Those in the first precinct which includes east of Wilson Street and South of Perry Street will report to the south rotunda of the courthouse.
Voters in the second precinct from north of Westwood Drive to High Street and north of Lincoln Way from High Street to Wilson Street and north of Perry Street from Wilson Street will vote at the Greene County Public Health building.
The third precinct which includes south of Westwood Drive to High Street, south of Lincoln Way from High Street to Wilson Street and west of Wilson Street will head to the Greene County Community Center to vote.
Voters in the City of Churdan are to report to the Community Center, while those in Dana and Grand Junction must both go to St. Brigid’s Parish Center in Grand Junction.
As for Paton voters, they can go to the Shriver Community Building, Rippey’s location is at the Rippey United Methodist Church and Scranton voters must go to the “New” Scranton City Hall to vote.
The Greene County Auditor’s Office says all polls will be open today from noon until 8pm. Anyone with questions about polling locations may call the auditor’s office at 386-5680.
