A one vehicle rollover accident in Dallas County results in severe damages.
Chief Deputy Sheriff of the Patrol Division Steve Bandy says a little before 2pm on Saturday, November 30th, 18 year-old Elizabeth Sebben of Waukee was traveling in the 22000 block of County Road R-30 when she lost control of her 2001 Nissan Altima and slide her vehicle sideways through a fence.
The vehicle rolled and ended up on it top. Bandy comments that only the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office responded to the accident and Sebben’s mother took her to Mercy West for precautionary reasons but that no injuries were reported at the scene.
He states that there was $500 in damages to a Grimes property owner’s fence plus an estimated $5,000 in damages to the Nissan Altima. Bandy notes that Sebben was cited for failure to maintain control.
