The Raccoon Valley Radio network’s second annual Caring Christmas Food Drive is off to a great start.

It started last month and continues through the holiday season.  Local businesses are doing their part to help support the community and help those in need by sponsoring Caring Christmas Food Drive remotes across Dallas, Greene and Guthrie Counties.

This week the Big Red Radio will be at Hometown Foods in Stuart Thursday from 3-5pm, at The New Homestead in Guthrie Center Friday from 10am until noon, the Adel Fareway Friday from 3-5pm and Hometown Foods in Panora Saturday from 10am to noon.

All area residents are encouraged to stop by and drop off non-perishable food items or cash donations for a chance to quality for our $1,000 Christmas Cash Giveaway.
