Dallas County Hospital and Visiting Nurse Services of Iowa are hosting a marketplace enrollment event next week.

The event will provide assistance to individuals who are enrolling in the new health insurance marketplace.  VNS Navigators will help attendees understand their options and find a plan that best suits their need and budget.

It takes place Wednesday, December 11th from 10am-3pm in the hospital’s south atrium.

Appointments are encouraged and the meetings are expected to take about 45 minutes each.  Those planning to take advantage of this service should plan to have their social security number and birth date handy, along with employer and income information, policy numbers for current health insurance plans and information on any health insurance coverage available from their employer.
