Lake Panorama residents will experience a change in Association billing for 2014.

The annual billing of assessments and associated amenities was mailed out a week ago today, and the noted change is that golf membership billings for the Panorama West course will now be billed by the Lake Panorama National (LPN) office, not the LPA.

Management of all facilities at the Panorama West golf course has been taken over by the LPN now that the course has been made public and is no longer exclusive to LPA members.

LPA members will however, still get discounted membership rates at both the Lake Panorama National Golf Course and Panorama West.

For future reference, any LPA member that would be interested in reserving Panorama West’s clubhouse for special use, call the course at 641-755-2250.
