Tuesday, December 24th

A deputy was advised of an erratic driver that was making oncoming traffic swerve to avoid causing traffic accidents on U Avenue near Grand Junction. The vehicle was stopped in Grand Junction and the driver was evaluated and warned of her erratic driving behavior.

A deputy was unable to locate a reported careless and erratic driver entering Greene County from Carroll County on Highway 30.

Wednesday, December 25th

A deputy was able to assist in resolving a domestic civil issue between brothers at a residence in the 1000 block of East Main Street in Grand Junction.

A deputy was advised of a vehicle that was possibly hunting and shooting pheasants from the vehicle on the roadway. The deputy is also investigating the possibility that the pheasant was taken after shooting hours.

A deputy was dispatched to the 200 block of Lincoln Street in Scranton for the report of criminal mischief and damage to a door at that residence.

A deputy was advised of an erratic and careless driver near the Greene – Carroll county line. The vehicle was not located on highway 30 at that time.

A deputy was advised of a child custody civil issue that was later resolved by the parents of the children without incident.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
