The Lake Panorama Association has released its annual building permit summary for 2013.

Eight new homes were permitted for building last year, which matched the number built in 2012.  Overall, the Association issued 49 building permits and 37 land disturbing permits.

Of the 41 non-home building permits issued in 2013, 16 were for additions, seven for garages, eight storage sheds, three permanent docks, one gazebo and one home demolition… just to name a few.

In all, there were 50 building permits and 40 land disturbing permits issued in 2012.
