The Perry Volunteer Fire Department and Perry Police responded to a house fire near the Perry Lutheran Home this afternoon.

It happened shortly after 1pm at 2320 Willis Avenue.  Officials on the scene tell us no one was injured in the fire and it was fully extinguished before 2pm.

No word yet on the cause of the fire or amount of damage received.

According to Dallas County real estate records, the deed to the home belongs to James and Leslie Richmond.
