“Yesterday was exceptionally bad.  In my years of driving, its probably one of the worst blizzards and white-outs that I’ve ever driven in trying to get to vehicle accidents.”

He states that some citations were written due to contact between vehicles that was made despite the weather conditions.

“And I would just like to reiterate to everyone to drive to the conditions and know that at anytime anyone that’s ahead of you, on the traveled portion of the road, you are responsible for stopping.  No matter how slow that person in front of you is going, you are responsible for maintaining a speed that you do not hit that vehicle.”
